Customers will receive free calls to 10 UK Land lines. Out of bundles charges will be 8p per min for UK Land lines; 30p per minute to other UK mobiles and 10p per text message. The
first 0.5MB is free then this will be charged at £1.80 per MB.
For a full list of all countries classified as belonging to the EU from an international calls perspective are available on request.
Unused minutes and messages will roll over for 1 month.

All message Bolt Ons are added to the primary device and used on a first come first serve basis by all users on the account. Sending one UK text uses one message. Sending one text
message from abroad uses four messages. Sending one picture or video message from the UK or abroad uses four messages. You can only earn commission on Bolt Ons when they are
sold at the point of connection/re-sign, as they have the same contract tenure as the customers core plan. If they are added later they have no minimum term.
New Q1 shared minutes and message Bolt Ons are not compatible with O2s legacy B4B plans or Best for Business PAYU. An existing subscriber to a legacy shared minutes and/or
message Bolt On will continue to pay their existing legacy subscription. If an existing customer subscribing to a legacy shared minutes and/or Bolt Ons adds more handsets to their

O2 Group Shared Data Plans
The Group Shared Bundles are available with all of the O2 business voice calling plans or as standalone data plans. Customers can purchase GPRS data plans to share between all company mobiles, rather than just an individual user. This means customers can be more flexible across the business with only one monthly bill. The GPRS bundles offer; simple management - all GPRS used by the company is on one plan; a range of GPRS plans that can grow with the business; no need to worry about the cost of individual’s varying GPRS usage.
